Hi, I'm Jo, Founder of The Cavell Collection.

My journey into the world of events started with a 16-year career in HR for a major London corporation. It was there I learned the art of precision, but it’s here - in the heart of the wedding and event industry - that I found my passion for creating lasting memories.

For the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of couples navigate their big day. Having managed two leading Surrey wedding venues and worked closely with top-tier caterers, I’ve truly "seen it all."

I’ve learned that the secret to a flawless event isn't just a rigid plan; it’s the art of listening. My priority is to truly capture your vision, then step in to anticipate the details you haven't even considered. I handle the 'how' so that when the day arrives, all you have to think about is enjoying your own party.

I run my styling and coordination hub from my home in Newdigate, where I live with my husband of 20 years, our two teenage sons, and our newest (and most energetic) team member: a Fox Red Labrador puppy.
